By default the time marker underneath the image or clip will adjust to fit the read time of your main text message. The text box show expected read-time up in the right corner as you write the text in, and the blue time marker adjusts the timing accordingly, adding a small extra buffer.

You can override the default, and either slow down 🐢 or speed up 🐇 the timing for the block.
