1. Create a folder structure
The library can get quite full once all your existing, old and new assets are being stored there. So creating folders to structure the files better, can be a good plan. Some choose to create a folder for each department within their organization, others create folders based on themes, etc. It all comes down to how your company is organized, and who will need quick access to the files most often.
2. Find a naming convention that works for you
Once you have used VIBBIO for a little while, you'll hopefully have accumulated a lot of files in your library that you want to use for future video projects. To make your life easier, it's a good idea to be on top of the naming of these files, so that you can use the search-feature to find them in a snap. You can change the name of files on upload, or by clicking them, and then clicking the "Rename" button.
3. Prepping for a project
You can also use the library to prep for a project you want to create soon. It can be smart to create a folder where you gather all the visual assets you want to use in the video. That way, when you create the project, you'll be able to quickly find the visuals directly in that folder. This is also a great way of finding out if you're missing anything that you need to go out and film or use free stock for.
